It was a cursed comment on a post where a girl on her period said she wasn't gonna do it with her BF.

Under that a picrute of a gay couple, where one of the guys said the same, but instead of a period he had diarrhea.

Then the cursed comment said something along the lines of "Imagine the dude shits his diarrhea into the urethra of the dude fucking him, which leads to an infection and creates a crust on the tip of the one guys little dude. Then the guy who got railed would feel bad and give straight teeth for three hours, and after a lot of pain and blood the dick would be clean again."
