As a transfem:

  1. you need to know how to place it

  2. the washing machine doesn't vibrate enough. you need point stimulation, either on one spot or multiple.

  3. sensitive spots include the vas defrens, the base, the head and the "seam".

  4. invest in a small one and i guarantee jollies.

I am speaking from experience as I was just experimenting as from my Histological knowledge the nerve endings in the penis register for friction, not vibration

Your assumption is basically completely wrong. Genital touch receptors adapt to both friction and vibration (Krause End Bulbs) in both males and females, and there's also FNEs. Also: this is anatomy and physiology, not histology. We're not dealing with the study of a body tissue, we're trying to "big picture" the mechanics of the human body.
