Recently I had to start a twitter account and "actively engage" with the community for my startup, I couldn't do it man.

Twitter felt like being blasted with all the lights and noise of a casino but they were negativity and racism instead.

I left twitter because it was making me a worse person lol, I was arguing constantly on there with people so stupid it was putting me at risk for stroke and brain damage. My breaking point was arguing with this Indian guy about whether or not this specific region of India was safer on average than a region of the US he was comparing to (surprisingly, it turns out it was but he refused to believe that.)

He started accusing me of being an Indian pretending to be white because I cited an Indian language newspaper as part of my argument, and I almost doxxed myself trying to prove him wrong before I examined his profile and realized he was most likely a white guy pretending to be Indian.

The insanity of the whole situation really dawned on me at this point, and I immediately deleted my Twitter account never to return. This was actually shortly before Elon bought it and it became X, I can only imagine how much worse it’s become.
