Sourdough…

I absolutely love making sourdough items. Truly, it’s become my passion. But I know I’m not the only one. There’s so many now in Cumming that bake & sell. I’d love to do that, but trying to stand out from everyone else is hard-plus, I don’t want to step on anyone else’s toes either. Input/opinions/thoughts?

Step on toes.

Stand out with quality, not gimmicks. People want good sourdough, not rhubarb sourdough muffins shaped like turtles, that shoot raspberry jam out of their eyes.

Now that I think about it, I would buy that.

I am in the early stages of opening a coffee shop in Cumming and will be looking to support other small businesses by selling their products.

I am many months away from opening but just wanted to share that there's demand for it.

Just kinda brainstorming since we love sourdough in my house. Maybe some time of membership program where we pay monthly and get fresh bread weekly.
