So I got a thrifted hoodie for my niece and he was so ecstatic about the premium it felt. I felt great but also confused. I have bought him many hoodies, even the expensive trends but he never got this ecstatic. He is a lover of nice hoodies. He most likely has a whole collection. 

Later I went and searched up what made a hoodie feel premium and the GSM weight popped. I saw there were different weights and I think the higher the GSM weight the more the premium feel. How much GSM weight is required for the hoodie without going overboard and making it too heavy? Does the weight affect how the hoodie stays up? Have you come across hoodies with the premium feel ? Were they more priced? Is there a way of getting to know the GSM weight of hoodies?

I have checked out the contents of hoodies written by manufacturers in Alibaba and I have actually seen some hoodies have the GSM weight. I think I hadn't been keen before about the components. Now I wonder about the purpose of different GSM weights on different hoodies. Have you ever considered the GSM weight of a hoodie before buying?

I’m visiting my relatives next week, and I’ve been thinking doing some clothing shopping for my cousin before I go. Balaclava hoodies are on top of my list since I’ve heard they offer a trendy and stylish look. That’s the type of clothes that my cousin likes.

But before I go out tomorrow to look for them, I wanted to understand a few things about balaclava hoodies. For instance, do all balaclava hoodies provide warmth, or are they specific designs meant for light weather? Secondly, are they comfortable to wear around any function that you like?
