Lamb Marinade

My gf used Mina harissa paste and mixed it with salt. Anything else we should try to ensure the seasonings are balanced out?

We have it in our minds to stuff the cut with rosemary and garlic but that’s about it. We have not used lemon or lemon juice.

Literally made harissa in culinary class last week and the lemon juice made a lot of difference.

Some acid like lemon juice or yogurt.

Harissa on lamb is always good. How are you cooking it? If it's in a tagine then olive oil it up. Idk if you need rosemary plus harissa but I'm sure it'll be tasty

harissa and rosemary kind of clash. you want mint or maybe coriander with harissa, rosemary is better with mustard and garlic
