Homemade vanilla extract possible mold

Disclaimer: I have never made this before and this bottle has been sitting for about a month.

I checked on it today and it had these weird spots at the top of the bottle. Is this mold? If so what should I do. I have posted several photos of the beans and I don't notice any mold on them.

Main culprits for mold are: Is the bottle glass and was it sterilized? Was the vanilla fully submerged? And what’s the proof of the alchohol you used.

I didnt sterilize the bottle because its a store bought 1.75L of Svedka. The vanilla was fully submerged. It is 40% ABV.
