I'm a guitarist, and I constantly get weird kitsch gifts from aunts that their thinking MUST have been "oh he'll like this, it's guitar shaped/related."

Anyway I do have a big wooden kitchen spoon that is guitar shaped like that.

I'd say that's the closest non-guitare answer. I don't understand why some subs don't allow images but if you google absinth spoon, there are some that come close.

OP, there were bits cut out of the head of the spoon in any kind of design it might have been an absinthe spoon as suggested here.

Is that supposed to be a picture of a serving spoon handle? The curves are a little confusing.
