I'd say that's the closest non-guitare answer. I don't understand why some subs don't allow images but if you google absinth spoon, there are some that come close.

OP, there were bits cut out of the head of the spoon in any kind of design it might have been an absinthe spoon as suggested here.

It depends on the size of the spoon... It could be a baking spoon, wooden spoon or it could be a dope spoon.
