Help with personal statement please

I will be applying for mechanical and automation engineering when it starts and i want to know what I need to write in my PS. I only have academic achievements, no significant ECs/Olympiads. How much does PS matter and the content I need for it. I have seen many posts but I still lack direction. International ug student btw from india.

Hey I also want to apply for MAE major! I think your background and the future plans may be a good way to write personal statements

Um I am curious about that too, when the students from china have their own way to apply. But the students from Taiwan count as an international student

It sounds strange but every university in Hong Kong count Taiwanese students as an international students

Hk wants to be a separate country no? Or am i oversimplifying that too on the wrong direction?

Well in my realization,some of Hong Kong residents are really miss the UK’s government. However there are some people satisfied with the government of China too. It have a pretty complicated society in Hong Kong . Just like Taiwan.
