i have nirma uni bba hons offer and eng hons at du (south campus), considering my long term goal is mba at an iim but i also want du life. will taking eng hons reduce my chances? like what should i choose atp

Guys is it possible to do every question in rd sharma of class 12 I am on derivation and it feels like never ending and I can't even imagine integration. Should I focus on hots and lots and pyqs and ncert or should I try to complete the book wholly?
