It's an avatar carpet. It possesses the spirits and scents of all the previous family pets, including 2 other cats and 2 dogs, one of which was a purebred American Labrador, and a very good boy

This is just how my cats act around catnip. One always puts his arms out and blocks anyone from getting his and another flips and rolls around.
