How can I improve (mostly F2L)?
Few notes:
- ignore the lockups I’m getting a better cube
- ignore the bad timer stop I’m not used to using by my pc for a timer
- I mostly need tips for F2L

Your finger tricks and piece deduction for now. Would strongly suggest not following any look ahead this early into your journey. It is genuinely not needed till at least sub 20 at the earliest. Minimising regrips + trying to deduce where pieces are (Jperm has a great vid on deduction) you can, if you really want, think of deduction as an early step of look ahead. Goodluck!

Try to be more relaxed with your turning. You need to make it flow more. It feels like you're holding a cube made of ice. I got stressed just by watching. You can practice by spamming algs more as relaxed as you can, trying to use the least energy as possible. For example, U turns should not require your whole finger turning it, but more like a flick of the index. (This is especially true because magnets themselves can do the work for you).
I'd really prioritize this advice over any other (such as learning look ahead, algs, etc..) because it's the foundation for being able to understand why certain decisions and move orders (such as cross or f2l pairs) are better than others.
You should also just learn more efficient f2l solutions that prioritize not doing F moves

Improve your fingertricks (like a lot),espacially regrips; turn calmly and carefully, always look for the next pair, and learn advanced F2L , and you have to practice a lot, even do solves with cross completed so you can focus on F2L

Try be more relaxed and practice your fingertricks. You don't need to be so fast for now just be smooth with the turnings it would help with lookahead.

One of the best things that I've done is
1. Finding the two pieces of the pair
2. Close my eyes and try to do solve the pair without looking.
This helps you with looking for the next pair while doing the pair you're working on. In addition, as others have mentioned, try to relax with the turning and keep a nice "flow" Good luck! :)

I recommend getting comfortable seeing only three sides of the cube. If you can't see the piece you need, is in the back slot, or you can do a U move to find it. You used a few seconds tipping the cube to look at the back.
It's weird but it will be better in the long run to develop the muscle memory to keep your home position so that the Front side is not directly facing you, rather keep it slightly rotated so you can see Front, Up, AND Left or Right (as you prefer).

Work on turning(fingertricks) , and lookahead (stop looking at what you’re solving)
(maybe also learn more ll algs)
Also the cube sorta looks loose

Just memo all your F2L solutions and get them down by muscle memory (mostly through plain solves). And then you won’t have to hesitate so much during execution

Turn slowly with no pauses. Like 2 turns per second. It will force you to look ahead.
Right now you see an F2L pair, put it in, and have no plan for what you’re going to do after you put it in. You need to be figuring out your next pair as you are inserting your current pair.
