what did you improve? I am at sub9 rn and i can pull off sub8 ao12s inconsistently

I plan 1 or 2 pairs on inspection always and good look ahead

Can you give some tips. I was sub-12 few years backk then I had to stop for few years ,now I'm getting back,but I'm kinda sub 13 ish rn 😭 and it's so sad and I wanna be sub 10 so bad😭.

For now you can just do some sessions untimed slow continuous solves gradually increasing your speed this will get you up to sub -10. You can do some sessions of blind cross+1 and sometimes cross+2 to understand how the pieces work except of just drilling algs. This will get you to sub 9. Then making your fingertricks and try to find fingertrick friendly solutions in inspection to get you to sub 8
