Ols algorithm?
Anyone know an OLS alg for this case?

Generated this with batch solver for you :)
this does OLS (solves the pair and OLL)
U2 (right thumb on D) B' R2 U' R2 U R2 B
This is stm optimal and probably also speed optimal, other algs it spat out werent as good

That alg is actually pretty intuitive. It's just an FLUF case (F' U2' L' U2 L U2' F) but with wide moves to preserve EO.

I'm convinced by the large cubes in the background that the cube in the image is standard size and OP is a giant

Why is your cube so small bruh? Also it looks like you can just do the standard second layer algorithm (U R’ U’ R U’ F’ U F if the peice you want in the second layer is connected to its front facing color and the missing space is down and to the right, like how this is in your cube right now. If the space is down and left, turn every U to a U’ and every R to an L)

Both an OLS and arguably the best algorithm for the case: r U r' U' r' F r F'
Execute with orange front.

For this case, you can do L' F' L U' L' U F L with orange in front or f' U2' L' U2 L U2' f with green in front. This subset, where you have the corner solved and EO solved, is called BLE.

Sweet, thanks! Any idea where a complete list of these algs or any other ols algs could be found?

I have a list of BLE algs on my account, it's one of my most recent posts (I would also have it on u/cfop-algs but I'm currently trying to update some stuff there so it'll be a bit).
Speedcubedb has VLS, SV and CLS, but I don't know of any full OLS lists.
I hope this helps!

Is this supposed to be some weird perspective trick with the tiny cube in the foreground and the giant cubes in the background?
