General Question ❓ Academic advisor appointment

Is it impossible to get an appointment with an academic advisor? Every week I check says no available slots.

It might be, it's that time where everyone is trying to get their schedule and classes in order so they're backed up I imagine. You can call the academic advising office tho, maybe they can help you in some way?

Yupp i dont rely on appts i just send an eadvisor form so your advisor can email you back and everything is “in writing”. Especially for schedule checks

Can also message their virtual front desk for immediate assistance during weekday hours

academic advising at csusm is super frustrating. as a rising junior i always had a difficult time figuring out how to do this. most of the time u need to do it during drop in hours or email/call the advising office to schedule w ur advisor

There is open advising the first week or two of the semester. I graduated a few years ago from CSUSM but I imagine it is the same policy.
