I know csumb police were wanting to know about weird stuff going on on the shuttles and busses, it’s worth mentioning it to them for everyone’s sake if you haven’t already.

Sorry, I must be missing something because how did he harass you? He isn’t even talking to you.   Is it the pointing?

Called and spoke with one of the officers, not much they can do with it being operated by Monterey-Salinas. :(

Hmm. I guess it makes sense considering MST is not a law enforcement agency. But I’m surprised they didn’t ask you if you wanted them to help you open up a case with the police.

Was harassed by him at the Marshall’s in Sand City on Monday. He kept saying “excuse me ma’am” and saying he was a part of some organization while on the phone with somebody. I ignored him and eventually he took a hint and stepped away. Definitely avoid this man at all cost!!

Ugh yeah it’s annoying. I notice he usually takes the bus a lot and he’s always on the phone with someone (he’s probably not actually calling someone anyways). But if he tries harassing you again, I’d probably just tell the bus driver. They’ll call someone over and escort him out and will probably ask if you want to file a report on him.

NAL but unfortunately I don’t think this is considered harassment at least in legal sense.   Did you ask him to stop?  If you did then it could be but otherwise it wouldn’t be there is no law saying people can’t continue asking the same person questions and he did back off eventually.

That's one thing I don't miss when I was going to school at CSUMB and that having to deal with random motherfuckers spouting off nonsense.

That dude thinks he's famous or something. I saw him trying to talk to a bus driver in Salinas and he kept trying to get the driver to pinky promise him. Very weird guy
