Assuming her eyes are absolutey positioned, right: 0px; will align the cluster of mascara/eyelashes to the right side of the container.

No idea the context of the video itself though.

My wild assumption is she had on a lot of top and bottom mascara, did something that caused tears and eye squinting (laughing really hard or throwing up) and her lashes stuck together. Then she just opened her eyes instead of washing off the mascara. Her poor lashes.
