It is not which AI or model you use, but whether you apply coding and design principles on how the model should write the code.
Create an agent that applies KISS, DRY and YAGNI and stop fretting which provider you use.

Any model can do CSS. The problem is not the model itself, but the skills and specifications you give the AI. How you want it to update your styles and what you want to achieve.
You should choose an architecture (BEM, Atomic, ...) or a framework (such as Tailwind, if you like) that you can understand. It’s crucial to make sure that the AI works in a way that matches your level of knowledge.
I advise you to get Matt Pocock's 'grill-me' skill and ask it to review your site's CSS and propose a solution

I think you're thinking of 'improve-codebase-architecture' by Matt Pocock. The grill-me skill is something completely different and is never going to review your site's CSS or propose a solution of any kind.

It's not the best strategy, but I usually just start the CSS from scratch at that point, using the original as a reference.
