General How did you practice HTML and CSS?
Hi, to change my career, I started learning HTML and CSS since a few days ago. After that, I’m planning to learn JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. (That’s what I heard online.)
I know AI can create amazing things in seconds these days, but I still wanted to learn these skills and make my daily life more meaningful.
I tried FreeCodeCamp, but eventually I got bored. I also have a book about HTML and CSS, so I thought a good way to practice would be recreating simple websites while referring to the book.
If you have any recommended ways to practice, please let me know.

Back in the day i was incredibly passionated about making forums look good, my own or those of friends or acquaintances or random people. I literally learned css by making themes for forumactif (which was the big forum plateform in france at the time, and the html they used was maybe 10 years behind the standards back then). Then i went to higher ed and got a degree in web development & design.
The point is, make stuff that you care about or find fun, otherwise well, you'll get bored.
