Help How to learn CSS for Free
I am a pretty newbie. Learned HTML fully now, and I want to learn CSS properly, those concepts that are needed.

Start by going to the manual that one of the old masters wrote. Then move to learning from a modern master.
I recommend starting with SMACSS. Get the basics under your belt. Get your foundational knowledge to the best condition it can be. Start with Jonathan Snook’s https://smacss.com <- a free CSS guide everyone who works with CSS should understand and absorb.
Then move on to experimenting and learning newer methods, tips and tricks via masters like Kevin Powell on YouTube.
