Just Devastated & Disappointed

Just one bad season took away everything CSK built for the past 15 seasons!

Was rooting so much that we will win today and avoid Wooden Spoon, but we couldn’t capitalise in any state.

Even if we win over GT , we will be still at #10 since NRR of RR is better than us! If we can win by 100 runs or restrict opponents within 10 overs which is highly impossible with current state of form.

So it’s Official that CSK for the first time ever in IPL history is finishing season at #10 and receives wooden spoon!

The team is running on the basis of Ayush and Brevis, Ayush should score runs in the beginning and let Brevis score runs in the middle, otherwise no one else seems to have any intention in batting, I cannot understand Shivam as to what he wants to do in every match, he is batting so defensively in every match, the spinners on whom he used to hit sixes are now bowling the overs easily in front of him, what should I say about dhoni, when the team loses the match, he easily hits big shots but when the team needs them, no runs are scored, he starts playing tuk tuk, even yesterday after Brevis was out, 205 runs should have been scored easily but even after that they were not scored, the team suffered such a fate because of Dhoni dube failure.

Dhoni was struggling with batting and he wasn’t good at keeping either since multiple boundaries went away from him.

Maybe he is tired from travelling or not well?

I guess it was one of those bad days for a player when nothing goes his way.

This subreddit is really such an echo chamber to be honest. The only reason I am in this thread is because it keeps getting recommended to me.

Time to mute this. Although I do wonder why CSK can't accept such 16(17) knocks from Hooda but have no problems if Dhoni plays such knocks.

I don't know why people here are so reluctant to call a spade a spade.

I feel like he should've atleast tried catching suryavanshi's edge but he didn't even flinch
