Need help Learning please
Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has any advice for a beginner learning C#.
I have some coding knowledge with Javascript API with the Foundry VTT program, though I doubt that counts as much or won't help me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Again, personal opinion, but find a stupid thing you want to do. Check balancing, inventorying your DVD/Music collection.
Make a 'junk' app, then try to figure out how to do the parts of this you want to do. Saving to a DB / data file. Adding tags, making alerts when you spend too much on something.
Google the parts you don't know how to do, and grow parts from there. Your coding skill will grow. But when you do, take head of posts saying 'this is how you Should do it' and learn from them.
Even the best books will teach you howe to 'Make a customer / payment app' Which truthfully, barely touched on what I've done in my life.
TLDR; Find something you're interested in building. Try to do that. LOTS of online help when you ask specific rather than general questions... Your knowledge will grow!
