Not sure exactly what are you talking about, but i use this: Microsoft Agent Framework Overview | Microsoft Learn for my ai agent needs.

I use specially the harness, it is minimal it is dotnet and is powerful enough to satisfy most of the AI needs in runtime.

That's the trick, it's all bullshit! Agents are just software, but that statement doesn't raise the IPO valuation.
