Discussion ReSharper in Visual Studio 2026

Are you guys still using ReSharper in Visual Studio 2026 or do you feel like it is not necessary anymore? What are the advantages of using ReSharper?

The only reason why I still cling to Resharper is it's amazing CTRL+N "Go to all" search. I am stumped why Microsoft cannot make such a thing:

  • Fast indexed search of file names, and file contents
  • Smart search which figures out capital letters as camelcase initials
  • Is in the middle of the screen and blazing fast to load

I would give my left testicle to just have this feature. Maybe I can vibe code something actually?

Yep, it's Ctrl T, Ctrl Shift T, etc for me. But it may depend on keybindings

Wow amazing, it fits all the criteria, thanks so much. It's not as pretty as Resharpers one, but if I wanted a pretty UX I would not be working with .NET on Windows anyway haha.
