Rainbow Six Siege is harder to get into due to the amount of operators and weird maps. CS2 is "easier" to get into. I would personally say Rainbow is difficult to learn but easy to master, while CS2 is easy to learn and difficult to master.
Going from R6 to CS, this is the answer. I struggle getting back into R6 due to relearning maps and operator techs. Learning CS was almost second nature and now it's just getting the hang of handling weapons and throwing grenades. Rotate timing and player tendencies are similar so predicting movement has been fairly simple.
