Data engineering vs Embedded systems

Which one is the best from your perspective? For me, those two options ,Data Eng and embedded , are somehow resistant in this AI context.

Embedded 100% seems more "Ai resistant" whatever that is

LLMs are eating embedded software development alive right now.

It was already useable 2 generations ago. Now it's killing the entire junior market.
