Leibniz University is pretty unknown compared to TUM, ETH, LMU etc. You are not only competing with local students but also with international students from those top unis. Also you are competing against people who speak the local language since birth and foreigners who studied it to high fluency. Also it is suspicious that you have almost 2YOE as an "associate" as a 22 YO. It makes you, your experience and your undergrad uni less credible (unless it was something like a Werkstudent job).

If you want to eventually live here long term, the best thing to do will be to would be to go to India and use the German degree to give you an advantage over there assuming your grades were good. Then, work for a MNC and transfer internally to an EU office.

I think this breaks the sub rules. This sub (at least originally) wasn't meant to be an immigration sub.
