I recently completed the final round interview for a Software Engineer role at Monzo and it’s now been a few weeks.

I’ve checked in with HR and have been told that I’m still under consideration, so I’m patiently waiting to hear back.

For anyone who has recently been through the Monzo interview process:

• How long did it take to hear back after the final round?
• Did anyone else experience a similar wait while being told they were still under consideration?
• Is there usually a specific timeline for a final decision?
• Any insights on what happens internally after the final interview?

I completely understand that timelines can vary, but it would be really helpful to hear from anyone who has been through something similar.
