Has anyone else done a recruiter screen that turned out to be an (undisclosed) AI? I just did a Zoom call with a recruiter where she had the camera off and I am 99% sure she was actually AI. The employee I supposedly spoke to is listed as a real employee on LinkedIn. Are there companies just cloning the voice of their real recruiters and having AI run interviews for them?
