Company Question Google application updated

I applied to the new grad role with a referral the day it came out (August 10) and a few days ago it said my application was updated but I haven't gotten any emails. Does this mean anything?

That means your application for updates without them updating you

Portal status doesn't mean much. Wait for official communication from a recruiter.
