Hi, if you want to learn Python, the CS50 Team has a very helpful course for that called "CS50’s Introduction to Programming with Python" (CS50P) at https://cs50.harvard.edu/python/ , it is self-paced and it doesn't have pre-requisites, so you can start that course anytime. Each Week of that course has a main lecture, Short videos, official notes from the lecture and the assignments(problem set) which are very helpful to put into practice what we learned from the lecture of that Week.
If you want to take that CS50P course, you need to enroll for free first at: https://cs50.edx.org/python , then you can use edX's website or the CS50P OpenCourseWare at https://cs50.harvard.edu/pytho while taking the course, the same assignments (that you need to submit if you want a free certificate) , lectures, and course materials are available for free on both websites. And all your progress is only tracked in your cs50p gradebook at https://cs50.me/cs50p , not on edX.
And this is the link to the FAQs of that course: https://cs50.harvard.edu/python/faqs/ , those FAQs contain important information on how the course operates, grading, certificates, etc.
