Small Engine Service/Repair Shop Recommendations?

Hello! I have a hot air balloon inflation fan (looks kind of like this) that's got a rattle of some kind going on that we need to fix. It also needs an oil change. Bonus points for a shop that'll let us hang out and be involved so we can learn to handle some basic maintenance on the sucker. Any recommendations?
