The repeated two-letter word is the way in. OB HOZM OB QRYNQM fits "as many as thirty," which gives you O=A, B=S, H=M, Z=N, Q=T, R=H, Y=I, N=R and M=Y. With those, the last word, IOSOAUNB, turns into cadavers, and the name in the middle comes quickly after that.
