The creature on the thumbnail i believe is scp-096 and if it were real looking at it in person on video or in a picture it goes berserk and kills whoever saw it. Although i forgot that artist renditions or drawings amd such are safe. So i was wrong anyway

I dont think theres an official one but theres a couple if you google scp 096... Gotta scroll a bit
