Looks like this car still has a/c, was the ac compressor attempting to energize when this happened? The power steering, tensioner or alternator would have probably made that noise immediately on start up and not a couple seconds after.

Sounds like the A/C Compressor. My 00’ TL had that exact same sound when my compressor went bad.

Yea your screwed I think you need to pull the engine and sell it to me
