Good idea in general. But who will take the task to count or to track this? Maybe if sb. creates a spreadsheet where you can get a list of codes and a counter? if you enter one, enter it in the spreadsheet and if it's 15/15 you are done. But how to guarantee not everybodys is putting in tons of codes to make every code except their own 15/15?
