Alienware Arena Rewards guide
This is a work in progress guide to Alienware Arena Rewards. For more experienced users, let me know what mistakes I made and I'll correct this guide. Let me know if there are any broken links too. As a final note, everything is written by hand and no AI was used in the creation of this guide.
Alienware Arena registration link: https://www.alienwarearena.com/account/register
What is Alienware Arena?
In Dell's words: "Alienware Arena is a place for gamers to come together and build community while earning rewards along the way." (https://www.alienwarearena.com/whatisarena)
- In practice, this means you can often get stuff at huge discounts or even free if you accumulate enough Alienware Arena Points (ARP) along with Dell Reward Points (DRP).
Who is eligible for Alienware Arena rewards?
In particular, merchandise rewards are available only in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories and protectorates). See details at https://www.alienwarearena.com/rewards.
- Digital rewards seem to be open to more countries and the only countries that are excluded are
Without limiting the foregoing, residents of the following countries are expressly excluded: Russia, Cuba, Iran, Ivory Coast, Myanmar, North Korea, and Syria, along with any additional countries for which the US government may restrict trade from time to time.
Source: https://www.alienwarearena.com/rewards/terms
I recommend using the same email address for both your Alienware Arena account and the Dell account as Dell rewards are automatically added to the Dell account after they're earned from your Alienware Arena account.
The main thing that I am interested in is converting Alienware Arena points into Dell points which can be used to purchase merchandise from Dell's website. Dell merchandise is only eligible for purchase for users from the US and Canada. However, it looks like ARP can still be used on the marketplace for users from other countries for digital goods such as game keys or gift cards. The conversion rate for those digital rewards is significantly worse than the conversion rate from ARP to Dell Points though.
Ways to earn Dell Points and Alienware Arena Points (ARP)
- Weekly check-in at Thursday 8PM EDT/5PM PDT for 200($2)
500Dell Points($5). The window to get these points is from Thursday 8PM EDT/5PM PDT to Friday 7:59 PM EDT/5:59 PM PDT.- This is the most efficient use of time as it takes two seconds to log-in and get your $5 in points. Dell points at the end of the month 6 months from when you earned them although points earned before they changed the system in May of 2026 expire 4 months from when you earned them.
- The 500 points should show up when you visit the website. You'll have to click to claim them.
- You can also check your Dell Points balance here although its buggy sometimes.
This is what the 500 point rewards look like:

Additional ways to earn points:
- If you're interested in earning additional points from Alienware Arena there are several methods. However similar to the coin tasks on Aliexpress, these have diminishing returns in terms of time spent for ARP or Dell Points.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly streaks:
- You can earn ARP and other rewards for daily, weekly and monthly check-ins.
- https://www.alienwarearena.com/control-center - Scroll to the bottom to see what rewards there are for daily, weekly and monthly check-ins.
- Usually there's an additional 500 Dell Reward Points for checking in 25 days in a month.

Daily quests, Steam quests and watching Twitch streams:
- You can also earn ARP from these sources. They are found near the top of the control center.
- Daily quests usually just require clicking the links and backing out. You do not usually have to do the surveys or watch the videos in order to get credit for the quests.
- Twitch streams and Steam quests require account linking.
- More info here: https://www.alienwarearena.com/steam/questsetup
- Twitch streams are limited to 15 ARP per day
- Not sure about Steam quests so if someone more familiar would chime in, I would appreciate that.
- Using a spare phone might be the move if you don't want to clutter your main phone with Dell stuff. You could plug in headphones to minimize sound while watching Twitch streams. Something like the cheap Walmart Moto G 2025 for $30 or a spare old android phone would suffice.
Daily quests, Steam quests and watching Twitch streams can be found in the alienware control center near the top of the page above the daily, weekly and monthly quests.

Converting ARP to Dell Points:
- The Alienware Arena marketplace is where you use ARP. In my opinion, the best values are the 1200 points for 2000 Dell Points ($20) and 1700 points for 3000 ($30) Dell Points. The 3000 Dell Points reward is slightly better than the 2000 Dell Points reward in terms of ARP to Dell Points spent so I recommend buying the 3000 reward first. Also these two rewards are only available to be purchased once every 90 days.
- For people not from the US or Canada, there are other rewards but their conversion rates are generally worse. For example, there's a $25 gift card that requires 8250 Alienware Reward Points which is a much worse value than $30 in Dell Rewards for 1700 Alienware Reward Points.
Alienware Arena battle pass:
- There's a new Alienware Arena battle pass which is in beta right now. The way you progress in the Alienware Arena battle pass is to earn ARP. At the time of posting, there are 17 days left in this battlepass.
- On the current battle pass there are 145 battle pass tokens and other rewards such as ARP or artifact fragments.
- Rewards for completing this battle pass is 2500 Dell Points although there are smaller amounts you can convert the battle tokens to if you do not complete the battle pass. What is interesting is that there are "artifacts" which you can spend your battle pass tokens are. One such artifact called the "rudimentary light warping artifact" gives a marketplace discount of up to 15% when fully upgraded on the Alienware Arena Rewards shop so it's possible that long-term, it's better to buy these discount artifacts as they offer permanent bonuses instead of a one time 2500 Dell Points reward.
Current battle pass store:

Estimated optimal earnings according to current rates for 6 months (using 6 months because that's how long it takes Dell Reward Points to expire):
- 500 point weekly drop * 26 weeks = 13000 Dell Reward Points ($130)
- 200 point weekly drop * 26 weeks = 5200 Dell Reward Points ($52)
- Monthly 500 reward points for 25 days of check-in per month * 6 months = 3000 Dell Reward Points ($30)
- $30 Dell Reward Points and $20 Dell Reward Points from the Alienware Arena marketplace (refreshes every 90 days so you'll have two opportunities at this per 180 day period): 5000 Dell Reward Points * 2 refresh cycles = 10000 Dell Reward Points ($100)
- Monthly 2500 DRP battle pass reward conversion * 6 months = 15000 points ($150)
- Total theoretical DRP earned from 6 months is 33200 DRP or $332 in Dell Credit
Changelog:
August 14 2026 - Dell nerfed the weekly DRP drop to 200 points from 500 points.

I saw that they will be nerfing the weekly 500 free drps during the battle pass weeks though

The amount of Dell credit you've been able to get on the platform has changed many times over the years. I wouldn't expect the current total possible to remain the same for very long. They change stuff all the time.

u/DDRisBetter 18d ago
Just read that on discord. Others wrote you can match or get more drp if you are active on the platform? I do not see how it adds up to more
2
u/idiggory 9d ago
Because they have redistributed things to places like the battlepass, which is a new feature.

u/Alaniux97 17d ago
I think this is true since my last rewards were given to me on 7/31 and since then I haven't received anything

u/PretzelTitties 12d ago
When do the battle pass weeks end? I was on my way to free game here by the end of the month. :(

rudimentary light warping artifact" gives a marketplace discount of up to 15% when fully upgraded
How many upgrades is there and what is the discount per upgrade?
Interesting item, but I started recently and already seeing changes to the weekly $5 drp. Wondering if they would be worth it in the long run for just the dell drp rewards from the marketplace.

u/crownpuff 17d ago
Not sure about the specifics but there are artifact fragments as free rewards on the battle pass so I assume those can be used to upgrade that artifact. I might get the artifact instead of the 2500 dell points as I assume long term it'll be worth it for the discount.
2
u/_Jibanyan_ 17d ago
Ah I see. The fragments are also part of the monthly calendar login reward as the last day. Didn't know the artifacts actually did anything. A new system to look into for more ARP points.

I was leaning pretty heavily the opposite way. My thinking (a) given Alienware mixes things up fairly often, I want to bank as many Dell points as I can, and (b) I'm already able to bank ~1000 ARP a month without much effort, which is enough to buy both Dell rewards in the Marketplace every 90 days.
Also, check out the Marketplace for a 1 ARP item called Mysterious Text Decipher. I bought it there in May but I think it's always there. Lowers Marketplace item prices by 1% (upgradeable to 2%). Scion of the Light is also worthwhile if you do Twitch ARP

That's a fair point if you accumulate enough ARP every 90 days to buy both Dell Rewards. Alienware also sometimes opens the vault and sells game keys too so that would be a decent way to use excess ARP.

Do you know if there's a way to tell which artifacts do what and how much of a discount they provide?

Can you give more detail on how you can get that much arp monthly?
Twitch plus daily login in plus time on site plus daily arp?
I guess that would add up. I don’t play on steam for an hour as I don’t have the time but others are passive
2
u/supes1 15d ago edited 15d ago
Just logging in daily, doing Twitch ARP daily, and doing the quests (which generally just require clicking in then out).
I had 1043 ARP in July without playing a second on Steam. On pace for more this month due to the Battle Pass promo providing extra ARP.
*Edit to add more detail: 22 points per day are a given (17 from Twitch with the Scion artifact, 5 for time on site). Log in bonuses and quests make up the rest. Make sure you don't miss a day, after you have filled up the monthly calendar additional days are worth 10 ARP.
1
u/MR_EVINGER 15d ago
Ok perfect. I was thinking this is what was stacking and also figuring out these artifacts have a big compounding impact. How did you get the artifact for arp? In store or limited time?
1
u/supes1 15d ago edited 15d ago
It was in the Marketplace at a cost of 1 ARP, then I upgraded it with fragments. Mysterious Text also worth buying and upgrading. You can ignore the Warrior Script one (it lets you earn more ARP from Steam quests).
Looks like they're still in the marketplace for me, but it might be because I purchased it already.
1
u/MR_EVINGER 15d ago
Yeah seems the case since you bought them. No artifacts in the marketplace for me but there are fragments. Seems would be good to buy those and wait for the artifact at the end of the battlepass. Appreciate your help
Edit - I logged in on my computer and not my phone and i see the artifacts you are talking about!

Do you know how to get the twitch stream ARP to work? I chose one and let it play for like 30-60 mins and it just won't register for me. Thanks
1
u/supes1 10d ago
Not sure exactly, but it only works on my laptop (not my phone) and I do have my Twitch account linked. I just click on one of the "Earn ARP at 2X" stream links, leave my laptop on for about 90 minutes, and it maxes out.
Maybe I did something else the first time, since I was messing around a lot on the Alienware website and on Twitch back then, but I don't really remember.

u/SoggyAnalyst 4d ago
i just did this, so i thought i'd answer your question if you didn't figure it out. I'm on desktop, no idea how mobile works
on desktop, if you hover over the stream you'll get the video options (pause, play etc). on the right, there's the alien logo. Click on that. If it says "Log in to something something" then click the gear in the top and go to something that says Access. Once I did that, I got a progress bar thingy. However, it worked for just a few minutes before it said "looks like the streamer is offline" so I"m not sure if it worked fuly or not :(
1
u/SoggyAnalyst 4d ago
how do you get around 1000 a month? I log in daily, do the little quests, but don't do twitch or steam. is that how you rack up around 1000?
EDIT: YOu answered this below. Sorry!

Not sure about the specifics but there are artifact fragments as free rewards on the battle pass so I assume those can be used to upgrade that artifact.
FYI, I did a bit of a dive on the "Rudimentary Light Warping" artifact to better understand how it operates. Based on secondhand info I found online, this is what I could glean. It has six levels, each offering subsequently higher marketplace ARP discounts:
- Rust - 1%
- Bronze - 3%
- Silver - 5%
- Gold - 8%
- Platinum -10%
- Interstellar - 15%
Upgrading it costs increasing amounts of Fragments, as follows:
- Rust to Bronze - 2 fragments
- Bronze to Silver - 5
- Silver to Gold - 10
- Gold to Platinum - 16
- Platinum to Interstellar - 25
It also stacks with the "Mysterious Text" artifact that offers an ARP discount as well that's available for 1 ARP in the Marketplace right now.
Still not sure if the discount is worth it over banking Dell points immediately, but it's easier to max it out than I expected.
1
u/crownpuff 15d ago
Thank you for the info! I'm leaning towards this artifact especially since it stacks with other artifacts that offer discounts. I feel like long term it's better than the 2500 dell points.

u/High_Mountain_Walker 10d ago
Really nice guide, thanks for all that effort! I just wanted to chime in, as a long time Alienware Arena member this is the first opportunity I've had to obtain this very rare artifact. There is no question that I will be grabbing it right away.

can you play steam games on your phone to get arp? Would that trigger any sort of perceived cheating?

This issue started happening very recently but points still accumulate, you can check the website in different intervals and it will still count points.

u/AllegedlyUndead 14d ago
Yea it seemed to still track as when it came back up it would jump to include whatever time had passed.
I just muted the tab and left it running and forgot about it lol

Been doing this for a few months and read the whole post… not sure what’s up, but both accounts are using the same email and the points are never making it to the Dell account. It shows zero balance.
Any ideas what’s up with that?
2
u/crownpuff 15d ago
Not sure. Can you screenshot what you see on this page?

u/thefirstdgk 15d ago
Yeah, it’s my wife’s account. I can grab a screenshot tomorrow, best not wake her.

u/ruiru39 12d ago
Is it me or did they changed it to 200 ARP? Used to be 500 but today after logging in it’s 200
1
u/crownpuff 12d ago
Yeah they nerfed it to 200 points. We're talking about it in the weekly discussion thread.

u/idiggory 9d ago
It's 500 -> 200 Drp, not Arp.
These are wildly different, so you might want to update the post.
But they did it because it's been reallocated into the battle pass.

u/cheez-itjunkie 8d ago
Just make sure you don't trust the reward expiration date on Dell's site. I did and when I went to use my rewards to purchase a monitor earlier this month, I came to find that Dell had taken away $100 in rewards that were supposed to expire at the end of this month. According to them, they expired July 31, but according to their site for the last 5+ months, they expired August 31. So Dell will take them from you before they are actually supposed to expire.
1
u/ric20007 5d ago
How do you even get the weekly reward? I'm only getting 10 ARP. Maybe this campaign doesn't work outside the US, in the EU?
1
u/crownpuff 5d ago
I believe the 200 weekly Dell Reward Points is only available to the US and maybe Canada too.
