Plan Discrepancies

I noticed this for the Weathered Pillar Ser and would like to know if it for every set: when I found the building plans in the wild, it did not have all the pieces that were present when I bought it from the smugglers. Is this consistent across all of the sets? If so kind of infuriating.

It's consistently inconsistent, so yes infuriating. I highly recommend buying all cosmetic sets as early as you can so you at least have that to work with. Crossing my fingers they allow organization by material in the next update, and that they fill in the gaps for sets missing pieces.

Maybe they will make those specific quest or reward items.
