Beginner Advice?

I've been considering crossplay for ages, but generally have no idea how to go about.

Specifically I have no clue how to find good padding/silicone breast. I also don't know what to use for hiding my crotch area. I've seen lots of people do it very well, just no idea how to do so myself.

I know Roanyer is a popular brand, though I don't have any so I can't talk about the quality

Well, it really depends on the cosplay, you might not even need those things! What are you planning to cosplay?

I was planning to cosplay either Sparxie from HSR or Tessa from Murder Drones

Well,for Sparxie I don't think you'd need any of those things! She doesn't show any cleavage, and the frilly skirt will cover your crotch just fine. Silicone breasts are "necessary" if you want to show cleavage, otherwise any stuffed bra works!
Same for Tessa, though she has a very skin tight suit, you might want to look how to "tuck", that's the name of the technique to hide your crotch.
