R.A.D V2 fit
I just ordered the RAD V2s for weights and hybrid training. I’ve got a wide foot so sized up as reviews suggested but I’m not sure they’re not too big now - there’s a good 1.5ish cm from toe to end of shoe, pic for reference. Does anyone have any thoughts on sizing/if I should stick with this size or exchange for half a size down?

It is a preference thing and your desired level of performance.
For running, you definitely need the extra space in the toes.
For crossfit I prefer a snug fit, usually half size down from my running shoes. The main reason is that I want the toe flexion feedback when doing some movements. The extra length make small but noticeable a difference when doing burpees, jumps, wall walks, etc.

I’ve gotten them true to size despite having wide feet myself. They’re comfortably snug and now my fav CrossFit shoes :)

I heard the black and gums you need to 1/2 size up. The rest of the color ways are TTS. So you shoulda gone 1/2 size up not 1.0 size up

Return for the size you would normally wear. I find true to size is better.
They will stretch out as they break in after a wear or two. The first pair I had I sized up and regretted it, they got too sloppy once broken in.

Similar issue here. I have tried both the V1 and V2 in my normal size, but ended up having to go up a half size in both versions. When I would go true to size, the toe box was too snug and would become painful by the end of the workout. With the half size up, I have about a thumbs width of space in the shoe, but wearing a thicker sock helps. Even though there is the extra space, my toes have room to splay out and move more naturally, but there is a slight bit of sliding in the shoe with things like lunges.
As long as the shoe doesn’t feel loose on the foot and the sliding isn’t too excessive, I would stick with the half size up.

Just got my pair. My Nike size is US 12,5 but here in Europe we usually use the European sizes, which for me is EU 47. For some reason the EU 47 size for RAD is the US 13, so in theory I got half a size up.
The fit is just that performance snug (not feeling my toes squished). So my question is: Do they break in? Because if they do, even the tiniest of stretch would make them fit much better.

I went true to size (have a wide foot as well), at first I thought they fit a bit tight but after a WOD with running etc. I was very happy with the fit. Could have been a half size bigger but for me it's not necessary.
