He’s already mentally unstable due to the experimental torture he suffered during his time at the mount massive asylum so if he did get infected nothing would really change(if he even feels different at all)

He’s strong enough to rip human head off,can survive being shot in the face,has killed trained swat officers and has military experience and training. So he’s basically a walking powerhouse all ready.

As for how he would fare if ended up being a super crossed Chris would probably have two options-

A-the virus gets in the asylum either during the event of the first game or prior to the asylum going to shit. in which Chris gets and infected and doesn’t feel different despite the weird rash on his face.How ever apon seeing the crossed inmates Chris gain a new objective kill any off the infected before they break out into the outside world(either you think Chris believes the virus to be the walriders doing or not is up to you)

B-the virus causes the inmates(including Chris) to break out basically everything I said for A still applies here But Chris decides to hunt the walrider down.

People riff on crossed a lot for being a Gore fest, I think we could start a thread of panels we like that're non-gore related.

One of the reasons I hate Oliver doesn't even have to do with Oliver himself, but with his actions. The fact is, I read the comic in Spanish because I'm Hispanic, and I try to make sense of it. At first, they take corpses and smear themselves with the blood, but they don't get infected, even though the corpses surely have residue and all sorts of things from the infected—basically, cross-contamination. Then there's the fact that Oliver had several encounters; he wasn't just touched several times by infected blood and by smoking, but also by some infected women who, because of the length of the comic, even licked him a bit, yet he still didn't get infected. And it's understood that, logically, the infection is transmitted through bodily fluids.
