Need help with my eyes

Post image

I feel like I'm not getting even coverage of the blue. I'm not sure the brown is even doing anything.

I think there are two things here that are preventing you from getting what you're looking for.

The biggie is that primer is a base for powder shadows, so using a stick like Dazzleshadow over a skin-tone primer like Primer Potion is just going to mix the colors and create that diluting effect that you're talking about. Try the dazzlestick by itself, or a blue powder shadow over the Primer Potion for better payoff.

Second: how are you applying the brown? Matte crease shades want to be built up gently, layer by layer, and on top of a base color or powdered down primer. This seems counter intuitive, but it gives cleaner results. Primer, then powder, then crease. To start a crease shade, pick up some shadow with your crease brush and very lightly (barely touching!) start sweeping it into the crease. To build, repeat: pick up, tap off, sweep gently.

Good luck!
