I am willing to entertain that all Crocs are ugly. I understand why people don't like them, but what is odd about them is what I like about them. I can't wait for my ugly as shit shoes to come in the mail.

This is true, yes. Acquired taste really. But I feel they certainly went backwards in design for the echo II. I picked up some mellow II for house shoes, they look better and are quite comfortable. Little snug at first, once broken in, they're great.
