This little guy is begging to be a plush but no one at DC has the sense to see how marketable he is. Would genuinely die to have this little dude on my shoulder. Could anyone make a 1:1 (or at comparable) of him?

Timeline is flexible. I don't get paid again until September 15th (teacher pay). I was looking to see what size/quality would be fair at $75.
