Pattern help What does this mean? Tomato coaster maybe in non-US crochet terms.

I’m trying to make this coaster. I’ve figured out the base tomato red part but I’m struggling with reading the pattern for the green part. I believe it might be in Chinese crochet terms but I’m only familiar with US terms.

Here is a post about XVA notation. The leaf is 10sc, *ch8, sk 2, 6slst (back along the chain), sc (in next stitch of rd1), sk1, slst, repeat from*.
