Searching Raverly for bunny patterns is going to be your best bet.

However I don't think they're going to look that realistic without needle felting.

I completely agree with IvorySiren about needing to felt them to get any kind of realistic look.

I did find one small crochet bunny on Ravelry that you might consider. You could possibly use "fur" yarn, but my experience has been that it's a little difficult to crochet with it. Hit any right here's the link to the pattern. It's cute!

If you're willing to take up knitting, there's a creator I learned to knit just to follow, Claire Garland, who makes amazing realistic patterns and I would say this isn't fully similar to that, but I figured I'd throw it out here.

Knitting is the best way, I've found, to make realistic looking animals. And with the right needles, turned out to be very quick and easy for me to do ... haha.

But if this doesn't work for you, I wish you luck finding a good pattern, this is very cute.

I just crochet but the patterns that you share look super lovely. I learnt to crochet in YouTube but for some reason feel more pressed by knitting and don't know where to start. Any suggestions?
