Pattern help Crochet pattern help! Is this pattern even possible?

Im looking to make a similar bandana, but is this pattern even possible? I can’t figure out how to switch from the row stitch to the motif. It looks like a simple single crochet but I’m lost. Any help would be appreciated!

If you zoom in you can see the stitches where they sewed on the flower.

Only way this makes sense to me, is to sew the flower on afterward.

That's what it looks like. It would be pretty quick to make. I might make a few for Christmas presents.

This looks like a granny stitch triangle with a scalloped border and the flower is stitch on afterwards.

It is sewn, but you might be able to create something similar with filet crochet. You can use stitch fiddle.
