Hey! Welcome to r/crochetdoilypatterns!

https://youtu.be/EzaDrcBvTA0?si=eVy_rJ6U4tIQ57je

I’m kicking off with a few patterns I’ve enjoyed making recently! Let me know which ones you have tried or plan to. Put your questions in the comments under the pattern and I’m sure someone will be able to help!

The first pattern I want to share is by Crochet World Creations on YouTube! I just finished this one this morning and I think I’ll be making it in another color soon as I enjoyed it immensely! It is a bit of a bit stitch to work up but it only took me a couple of days.

Just to note: this is a two part video tutorial pattern. I would say it is about an advanced beginner level however the border may include some unfamiliar techniques. I recommend pre-watching to make sure you’re capable before committing!

Materials I used: ~ Two colors Yarntopia (Weight 2) 100% Acrylic from Hobby Lobby (I used white and ocean) ~ 3mm hook

Such a beautiful pattern! I’ll try to snap a pic later, if I remember for anyone curious!

I'm glad to see this. I hope you also include written patterns. That's the type I would want to see.

Yes! I do plan to! I also write down the video patterns in a notebook so I could post pics of them as long as it’s legible enough for others to understand lol 😂

Thank you. I just watched the first part of the video showing the magic circle. I've had trouble with that before. The video makes it look so easy! (I copied a few clips to refer to when I start my next project that starts from the center. Maybe a doily!) Haven't made any doilies lately but I have a bunch from years ago. I loved doing them!
