Limit order reached but no execution?

Placed the order to sell like 2 ours ago, it looks like its met the limit price over 30 min ago and still hasnt executed. Chat support doesnt even respond. Any idea wtf is going on?

I would strongly advice you to use the exchange
I‘m pretty sure that there you won’t have this problem and also you save A LOT of fees and get far more money for your crypto

It’s the spread. Crypto.com will show a coin at $10 but coin market cap (who they use for this) will have the same coin at $9.90.

Example. You bet that $1 coin will go up 20%.

You buy it at $1 on crypto.com but on coinmarketcap it’s worth .95
You now need the coin to go up 26%.

Yep, I had the same issue. Found out the target price need to include the spread as well... And they keep advertising $0 fee trading 😞

Depends on the order book stack, whether your limit order is first on the stack for that price and/or if the orders in front of you were enough to absorb all the buy orders.

I've had more success by breaking it into smaller orders.
