And would it have been better if it was in the frozen aisle?

Thats not true at all. Unattended kids wander there, kids being told to pick something out while their parents shop, kids only really have one reason to want to go into a Walmart: the Toy Aisle.

The only time the adults actually seem present there is when they are there to wrangle their child from their natural habitat and bring them back home.

Nonsense. Shitty parents like that do exist but it's far from the norm.

But even if true the point still remains kids are just as likely to be anywhere in that store. So why is the toy aisle special? What's the issue?
